Hi!...I'm Judy. I created SeaEscape Design in June 2005 as a web design and development company. This past year I transitioned into semi-retirement status, designing web sites on a much reduced scale (and only when a lot begging is involved). In 2010, I decided to recreate myself as a potter, still using my love of art and design - now just in clay. You will find my art primitive (what you would expect from a novice) and of my favorite items found in nature (cartoon animals). My pottery is generally small in size (cheap), and each piece is unique (couldn't duplicate pieces even if I wanted to). As I said before, I hope you find my pottery interesting and of some value...
It is fair to say that my pottery is a little different! My inspiration comes from a wide and weird variety of sources. But you will find very functional pieces that are acceptable on the finest of dining tables and in decorative art displays.

My studio is located in the St. Petersburg Clay Company, 22nd Street South in St. Petersburg, Florida. The St. Petersburg Clay Company is housed in the Historic Seaboard Train Station along with Morean Arts Center for Clay and Highwater Clays.
